DoctorTool uses the latest best data storage and security system, so that it is certain that data is stored safely and protected from hackers or viruses.

FKTP (First Level Health Facility) data belongs to FKTP (First Level Health Facility). If the contract is still ongoing, we will provide a monthly report on the results of using the DoctorTool Clinic MIS every month. If the contract is terminated due to contract termination (due to subscription fee constraints), FKTP (First Level Health Facility) data cannot be requested until the FKTP (First Level Health Facility) resolves the issue (for example by paying a subscription fee according to the contract).

The minimum computer specifications that need to be prepared by the clinic are Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
